"First-time home buying sometimes felt like a foreign language. Buying with Steve and Stephanie was awesome. It’s just nice knowing you’re working with someone you can actually trust not just to get you a good deal, but to make sure no one else takes advantage of you either. They pointed out things I never would’ve caught myself. For example, there was one house they actually discouraged me from buying because it was a rushed remodel with unseen issues that would’ve caused problems down the road. I never would’ve known that, and I’m glad I had someone with their experience to protect me from stuff like that.
